Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Ads team to shape tools, systems, and experiences that help businesses succeed on Reddit while ensuring ads stay relevant and respectful to redditors.

You’ll translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive experiences across Reporting, Account management and Billing, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to align on user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong product sensibilities with a mix of B2B and B2C experience. Advertising tooling experience is a plus.
• Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills while working closely with partners across the company.
• Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product.

Ads power Reddit’s business. As a Senior Product Designer on the Ads team, you will play a key role in shaping the tools, systems, and experiences that help businesses succeed on Reddit while ensuring ads remain relevant, useful, and respectful to redditors.

This role can span a range of opportunities across Reddit’s ads ecosystem, from advertiser-facing platform experiences to the recommendations and surfaces people encounter on Reddit. With a focus on our Reporting, Account management and Billing products, you will translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive experiences that help businesses understand performance, optimize outcomes, and effectively manage their accounts, permissions and identity.

You’ll help define experiences that simplify complexity, build trust, and unlock better outcomes for advertisers of varying sizes and sophistication. At the same time, you’ll contribute to shaping ads experiences that feel native to Reddit and aligned with the expectations, behaviors, and culture of our communities.

Who You Might Be

Pay Transparency

This job posting may span more than one career level.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base salary range for this position is:
$180,200—$252,300 USD
