Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape design direction for a growing digital experience across web and mobile. You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility, consistency, and strong execution in a scalable design system.

You'll own components, patterns, and documentation, mentor designers, and advocate for user-centered design while embracing AI-enabled design workflows. This is a remote role with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, with 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing and evolving design systems, including documentation and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and experience implementing accessible design.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills, including component design and prototyping.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the design direction for a growing digital experience, with a strong emphasis on scalable systems that support both web and mobile products. You will partner closely with engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure design consistency, accessibility, and strong execution across the user experience. The work will center on improving how design components, patterns, and documentation come together to support a more efficient and user-centered product organization. Location: Remote Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
