Job summary

Scanner.dev is seeking an experienced product designer to shape core product experiences for security teams. You will design interfaces, workflows, and UI systems that engineers and analysts love to use, ensuring a cohesive visual language across features.

We value craft, systems thinking, and collaboration with founders, design, and engineering. This role offers remote-friendly collaboration with potential in-person sessions in SF, Mountain View, and Seattle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience spanning product, brand, and marketing.
• Excellent collaborator with startup mindset; works with founders, design, frontend/backend engineering, and product.
• Craft and systems thinking to drive visual and interactive polish across scalable product systems.
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or security/observability domains.

About Scanner

You’ll join at a moment when our brand and product experience are accelerating, and build high-leverage features that define how security teams use Scanner.

What you’ll own

• Product experience design: You’ll design the core surfaces of Scanner, from feature workflows to UI systems, crafting an intuitive, beautiful product that engineers and analysts love to use.
