Job summary

Tessera Labs, a leader in enterprise AI automation, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape multi-agent AI experiences for IT leaders and enterprise teams.

You’ll own the design lifecycle for autonomous workflows, collaborate with product and engineering, and help build a scalable design system across SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in product design for enterprise products.
• Strong portfolio of complex, shipped products in B2B SaaS or enterprise tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframes, and prototyping for AI-driven enterprise workflows.
• Translate user needs and business goals into trustworthy interfaces for multi-system processes (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle).
• Design for governance and trust: show what agents do, why, and how humans can review or override.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with IT leaders, ERP admins, and business analysts.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on vision and feasibility.
• Build and maintain a design system ensuring consistency across Tessera Mosaic platform.
• Raise the craft bar: critique designs, mentor engineers on UX patterns, and advocate user-centricity.

About the role

We're hiring our Senior Product Designer to shape how IT leaders, transformation teams, and enterprise practitioners experience multi-agent AI. You'll design interfaces for a category that barely exists yet. Software where an autonomous system is doing the work, and the human stays in the loop, in control, and in trust.

This is a high-ownership IC role with meaningful surface area: agentic workflows, governance and audit experiences, observability into how agents reason and act, and the operational tools enterprise teams rely on it every day. You'll be the design voice in the room from day one, partnering directly with product, engineering, and our founding leadership. As the practice grows, the right person will have room to shape what design looks like at Tessera.

What you'll do

• Lead the full design lifecycle: research, ideation, interaction flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and prototyping for AI-driven, data-heavy enterprise workflows.




• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, trustworthy interfaces for complex

  multi-system processes spanning SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and Oracle.




• Design for governance and trust: surface what agents are doing, why they're doing it, and how a human can review, intervene, or override.




• Run qualitative and quantitative research with enterprise users (IT leaders, ERP admins, business analysts) and iterate based on what you learn.




• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to align on vision, ensure technical feasibility, and ship at quality.




• Build and maintain the design system that keeps the Tessera Mosaic platform consistent across products and surfaces.




• Raise the craft bar across the company: provide design critique, mentor engineers on UX patterns, and advocate for user-centricity at every level.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of proven experience in product design, building enterprise products, developer tools




• A strong portfolio of complex, shipped products—ideally B2B SaaS, enterprise tooling, or developer tools.




• Demonstrated strengths across interaction design, visual design, information architecture,and user research.




• Systems-level thinking. Able to zoom out across products, workflows, and platforms, and design coherent end-to-end experiences instead of one-off screens.




• Comfort multitasking across initiatives and collaborating with different teams (product, engineering, GTM, customer success, and leadership) often in parallel.




• Excellent communication. Able to articulate design decisions and trade-offs to engineers, PMs, founders, and customers.




• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a track record of owning a product area end-to-end.




• Experience with design tools such as Figma

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI-native, agentic, or data-intensive products.




• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HCM, or other systems of record.




• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.




• Experience with prototyping AI-assisted tools (e.g., using Cursor or similar)
