Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design for the Navigator Platform in Plano, TX. This leadership role sits within Experience Design, guiding the intersection of B2B design and AI-driven innovations to elevate dealer-to-customer experiences.

You will mentor designers, shape product direction, and collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver human-centered, scalable solutions that align with Capital One’s goals and the platform’s strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate established expertise in product design, across interaction, visual and service design, and develop artifacts with the team.
• Reinforce a positive, inclusive team environment; set goals aligned to portfolio strategy and develop designers.
• Shape product direction by leveraging design expertise, user insights, and business understanding to enable innovative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across product, tech, and business partners to align on strategy and outcomes.
• Advocate for human-centered methodologies that align customer needs with business goals.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of products, processes, customers, competitors and market trends to guide design engagement.
• Lead collaboration across organization to support workstreams and move projects forward.
• Present work across levels and job functions, using design frameworks, data and research insights to influence results.
