Job summary

Frosch Travel is seeking a Senior Associate in Product Controller to partner with Financial Control on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting. You will help with month-end close, analytical reporting, and maintain strong internal controls across JPMorgan Chase infrastructure.

You will collaborate across finance, operations, and technology to implement robust controls and support new business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Control, Financial Control, or Accounting.
• Experience with P&L reporting and month-end close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and controls-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close and financial statement reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Produce, consolidate, and analyze P&L results; provide variance analysis.
• Prepare balance sheet substantiation and support reconciliations.
• Deliver detailed analytical reporting to business managers and leadership.
• Partner across finance, operations, and technology to design robust controls.
• Coordinate with front- and back-office teams to resolve issues.
• Support migration of workstreams into JPMorgan Chase infrastructure.
• Handle ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
