Job description

We’re seeking a Senior Product Builder to own product development for key areas of our business. You’ll combine product strategy, UX/design, and hands‑on engineering to create solutions that improve the lives of drivers, customers, and fellow employee owners.

This is a full‑stack role—from understanding user needs firsthand to shipping code that drives real business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Champion the strategy: Own and communicate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with Nussbaum’s mission.
• Discover real needs: Validate problems firsthand by riding along with drivers or observing Operations.
• Own the full product lifecycle: From user research and design to engineering and delivery.
• Operate within a product team: Contribute to shared design, research, and engineering standards, knowing when to act independently and when to involve a specialist.
• Measure success: Define clear outcomes and use product sense and data to guide decisions and improvements.

• Pay Range: $125,000 – $180,000 (please discuss with HR for details)

• Engineering: Solid front‑end and back‑end experience (Angular, .NET preferred).
