Job summary

Nationwide Technology seeks a seasoned Product Architect to lead the Interactions portfolio, shaping architecture and roadmaps for customer engagement and analytics across JDA, CTM, Celebrus, FullStory, and UXCam. You will align with enterprise standards, security, and privacy while guiding architects and engineers in a hybrid work model.

The role demands eight+ years in architecture/tech domains, strong API and data skills, and ability to communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Experience with secure software and systems engineering practices.
• Eight or more years of architecture/tech domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains systems architecture for a product domain or technology portfolio.
• Lead strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise plans and guardrails.
• Apply secure software engineering practices across delivery lifecycle.
• Identify technology risks and debt and plan upgrades and maintenance.
• Mentor teams and contribute to talent development in new technologies.
