Job summary

Hidden Jobs seeks a Senior Product Analytics Engineer to transform complex product usage data into actionable insight for a human risk management platform. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to shape data-informed decisions across multiple product lines.

Based in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal with optional office access, you will own analytics end-to-end, build scalable data products, define event instrumentation, and apply AI-native workflows to accelerate insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data science, with significant experience directly supporting product teams in B2B environments.
• Deep expertise in product analytics fundamentals, including metric trees, experimentation, retention, funnels, and segmentation.
• Excellent SQL skills, strong hands-on experience with DBT for transformations, plus working Python ability and sound data modeling for scale and reusability.
• Demonstrated use of current LLM offerings to automate or accelerate workflows, with concrete examples of measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics end to end across multiple product lines, defining and tracking success metrics and aligning them with overall product and company strategy.
• Build reusable, scalable data products and a governed self-service analytics layer in close collaboration with other engineers.
• Define event instrumentation standards and taxonomies for an event-driven architecture, and enable peers to self-serve insight generation.
• Use AI-native workflows, applying LLMs and AI tooling deliberately across query generation, dashboard building, and insight synthesis.
• Connect product usage to commercial outcomes by partnering with Go-to-Market on win/loss, expansion, and renewal analyses, and scaling automations.

Join a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up as a Senior Product Analytics Engineer, where you will turn complex behavioral and product usage data into clear, actionable insight for a human risk management platform. The role partners closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to shape data-informed decisions across multiple product lines. Candidates must be based in and have work authorization for the UK, Ireland, or Portugal, with optional access to offices in London, Dublin, or Lisbon.
