Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data, economics or a related field.
• 4 years IT experience and/or 4 years in product analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, along with strong statistical analysis and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product family priorities and improvement recommendations.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success.
• Increasing adoption and consumption of product family capabilities.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating product value delivered to customers and proactively championing product improvements.
• Monitoring business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively proposing new solutions.
• Ensuring alignment and adherence to corporate, financial, and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security).
• Managing investment decision-making and finances for the product family, taking a return-on-investment approach to increasing the value while minimizing product costs.
• Creating detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross functional teams.
