This remote-friendly Senior Product Analyst role combines business analysis with product thinking to turn strategy into valuable offerings.

You will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and guide delivery of client-facing and data-driven products across the US market.

Formación

• 5+ years in a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong ability to produce detailed business and functional requirements.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
• Experience in Professional Services contexts is highly desirable.

Job Title: Product Analyst
Job Location: Preferably NY, NJ, CT, PA
Onsite/Hybrid: Mostly Remote

Need s omeone who can be onsite NYC as needed but mostly remote

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, design teams, and technology teams to define, shape, and deliver high-quality digital solutions. The role combines strong business analysis fundamentals with product thinking, helping translate business strategy, user needs, and emerging technology opportunities into valuable products and services.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across discovery and delivery activities, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and support the successful implementation of client-facing, workflow, AI-enabled, and data-driven products.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience producing detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new business domains, technologies, and business processes.
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
• Experience working within Professional Services organizations.
• Executive Search, Recruitment, Consulting, or related professional services experience would be highly desirable.
