WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Create original video and graphic content for all platforms that aligns with the network's brand.Monitor broadcasts and identify content for social platformsCollaborate with On-Air and Creative Services teams on the development of social-specific contentWork with social and digital teams to develop and refine workflow and posting strategyCapture b-roll, interviews and other content at live sporting events, media days, and on setMentor a team of social media producersMay oversee some day-to-day operations of the social media producer team, including task delegation, scheduling, and workload managementCoordinate social media content requests from Social Media Managers, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and creative objectivesStay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, exploring opportunities for expansion and experimentation.Travel approximately 20%

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Excellent copywriting skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to film on an iPhone/DSLR and operate a lavalier microphoneKnowledge of all social media networks specifically Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and XUnderstanding of social media analyticsAbility to ideate, produce and deliver creative content (namely video, graphics) in a timely mannerProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Prefer proficiency in Photoshop, Audition, Illustrator and AE as well.
