Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a Senior Producer in Los Angeles with deep experience in production, budgeting and on-set leadership. The role requires hands-on capabilities across agency production, line production, post, and event activations, with the ability to shepherd complex campaigns across multiple channels.

You will lead end-to-end production, build budgets for unions, locations, and schedules, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in advertising production and strong bidding/budgeting background.
• Willingness to travel for productions, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bring production lens from ideation through execution for 360 campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal leads to assess feasibility and resource needs.
• Review concepts with a production perspective, identify risks and efficiencies.
• Own end-to-end production, budgeting, scheduling, and post considerations.
• Lead in hands-on production bidding and step in as line producer when needed.
• Source and manage directors, DPs, editors, and production partners.
• Communicate effectively across departments to enable success.
