Qualifications

• 4+ years of production experience in an interactive or integrated agency or similar environment.
• Experience with live action, SAG, animation, experiential
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems with workable solutions while preserving quality
• History of leading projects and managing expectations with clients and teams

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects from initiation through completion
• Oversee production activities (pre-, shoots, post-production)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver content
• Serve as primary agency contact and define/maintain project vision
• Develop realistic estimates, scope, and timelines; manage budget
• Track costs and reconcile estimates with actuals throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional teams
• Ensure output across stills, video, animation and digital channels
