Job summary

Beeline Medicines in the United States is seeking a Procurement & Outsourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing for CROs, labs, and professional services. You will negotiate master service agreements, develop supplier qualifications, and partner with R&D, Clinical, and Tech Ops to translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies.

Hybrid role with at least two on-site days weekly. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in procurement or vendor management in biotech or pharma are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field required.
• 5 years procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience, ideally biotech/pharma.
• Experience supporting clinical-stage and commercial environments preferred.
• Proficiency with procurement/contract management systems (Coupa, Ariba, SAP).
• Strong negotiation, analytical spend skills, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for CRO, lab services, and professional vendors.
• Negotiate MSAs, statements of work, and pricing terms with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Develop vendor qualification, performance scorecards, and risk assessments.
• Develop and negotiate Investigative Site contracts with Legal and Clinical teams.
• Partner with R&D, Clinical, and Tech Ops to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Track category spend and report savings delivered against targets.
• Maintain contract repository, PO data, and ensure data accuracy.
