Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Procurement & OSE Logistics Manager for Arch Energy to lead subcontract sourcing, contract negotiations, and equipment procurement on utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, and grid projects.

You will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery while mitigating commercial risk. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required, with a track record in renewables procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years procurement in renewables or infrastructure.
• Experience negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts.
• Knowledge of contract flow-downs, risk, warranties, bonding.
• Experience coordinating long-lead equipment and OSE.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and award of civil, electrical, mechanical packages.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, bonds, and warranties.
• Translate contracts into trade purchase orders.
• Develop procurement plans and bid schedules.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage OSE coordination and major equipment procurement.
• Support contract administration and change management.
