Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing and tool management for a region. You will drive cost-effective procurement, maintain supplier relationships, and coordinate with project teams to optimize materials flow and budget adherence.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic construction environment. Travel up to 10% and a focus on safety and compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing and/or warehouse management, preferably in electrical or construction.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Organizational and leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing systems.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and supply chain principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and tool management teams; set operations expectations.
• Oversee orders, vendor communications, and field information flow.
• Collaborate with project managers to reduce PO volume and costs.
• Monitor market conditions and supplier performance; report to management.
• Maintain records and ensure DOA compliance.
