Ligent Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead international supplier development and manage core components for optical communications products.

You will drive procurement strategy, optimize costs, and manage supply chain risks while coordinating with global suppliers and ensuring smooth end-to-end order fulfillment. The role requires fluency in English, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to support business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier-management skills.
• Experience in telecommunications or optical components is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end engagement with overseas suppliers, including sourcing and contract execution.
• Build long-term strategic supplier partnerships and manage risk.
• Develop annual procurement plans for optical components and monitor costs.
• Oversee RFQ to delivery cycles to ensure on-time performance.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with international colleagues; English is required, Mandarin preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead international supplier development and manage core components for optical communication products. This role is responsible for driving procurement strategy, optimizing costs, and managing supply chain risks while ensuring efficient collaboration with global suppliers and smooth end-to-end order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities ---

• Lead end-to-end engagement with overseas suppliers, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
• Build and maintain long-term strategic supplier partnerships
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop alternative sourcing strategies to mitigate risk
• Develop and execute annual procurement plans for optical components
• Achieve cost-saving targets through competitive bidding, volume consolidation, and strategic sourcing
• Monitor global market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly

Order Fulfillment & Quality Assurance

• Oversee the full procurement cycle from RFQ to delivery, ensuring on-time performance
• Partner with quality teams to verify materials and resolve any issues

Process Optimization & Team Leadership

• Improve cross-border procurement processes to reduce lead times and increase efficiency
• Mentor and guide team members to meet performance goals
• Work closely with international teams
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred due to business needs

Qualifications ---

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in telecommunications, optical transceivers, or a related industry preferred
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
