Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Procurement.
• 4+ years of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals.
• 4+ years of experience with negotiating, documenting and contracting for products, services and/or technologies.
• 4+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and sub-contracts.
• 4+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments.
• 4+ years of experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
• Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
• Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
• Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
