Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years procurement experience including 3+ years supplier management and 2+ years strategic procurement.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating contracts for construction, capital projects, facilities improvements and other CapEx categories.
• Must maintain C.P.M., CPSM or CIPS certifications.
• Master’s degree preferred with 10+ years in procurement/supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Closely liaise with Group Category Management Teams to align with Group plans.
• Lead development of medium to long term UUSA Category Plans to deliver value.
• Complete projects in line with strategic alliances to optimize supplier value.
• Deliver the annual Procurement Value Plan through project realization.
• Lead supplier visits and surveillance to evaluate suppliers and ensure compliance.
• Lead on bid evaluation approaches to validate supplier selection.
• Cover all other commercial aspects of acquisitions for UUSA.
