Athena is seeking an innovative procurement professional to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor partnerships. Based in Brighton, MA with a hybrid work arrangement, this role focuses on executing data-driven procurement strategies and risk mitigation to secure quality goods and services at optimal cost. The Senior Associate, Procurement will report directly to the Director, Procurement.
The Procurement team is responsible for acquiring essential goods and services for athenahealth while managing the entire purchasing lifecycle. The team drives supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship oversight. They work collaboratively to achieve cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with corporate policies, ultimately contributing to the overall operational success of the organization.
$73,000 - $125,000. The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum. At athenahealth, base pay depends on multiple factors, including job‑related experience, relevant knowledge and skills, how your qualifications compare to others in similar roles, and geographical market rates.
