BrainChild Bio, Inc. is looking for a Senior Scientist in Seattle to lead the Process Core team within Process Development. The candidate will oversee a team of associate scientists and engineers, driving timely delivery of experimental data and supporting regulatory filings.

The ideal applicant should have a Ph.D. in Bioengineering or related field and 4+ years of experience or a B.S./M.S. with 8+ years in cell therapy process development. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $160,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Immunology or equivalent with 4+ years of experience.
• B.S./M.S. with 8+ years of experience in cell therapy process development.
• Expertise in statistical experimental design (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associate scientists and engineers.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments for cell processing methods.
• Collaborate with partners to manage material generation requests.
