Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts comprehensive management analyses and program evaluations of operations to analyze business processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Directs workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives, applying qualitative and quantitative methods to design and implement automated operational workflows.
• Formulates and maintains performance scorecards and metrics reporting frameworks, designing analytics dashboards and long-range operational plans for senior leadership.
• Exercises operational oversight over enterprise task management systems, establishing procedural standards and resolving complex, high-priority tasking issues.
• Performs first-line supervisory duties, establishing work schedules, setting performance standards, evaluating employees, and managing branch resources.
