GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Engineer for 1st shift in Louisville, KY. You will own equipment and tooling in the production area and act as the primary troubleshooter for plant processes while collaborating with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
You will drive OEE improvements, audit maintenance plans, and work with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and improve metrics such as scrap, yield, and SCR. Strong leadership and Lean skills are required.
