Job summary

Plastic Molding Manufacturing – America's Technology Molder in Hudson, MA is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to apply Scientific Molding knowledge to test new equipment, establish processes, and drive improvements.

You will troubleshoot molding issues, qualify new molds, run samples, and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality polymer parts and efficient production. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer.
• Working knowledge of Scientific / Decoupled molding.
• Experience qualifying new molds and running samples.
• RJG Master Molder certification.
• Ability to test new equipment and establish processes.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of Scientific / Decoupled molding and applying it to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with team members to solve daily molding issues.
• Monitor molds and promptly notify when deformation occurs.
• Plan and execute process improvements for new and existing jobs.
