Job summary

Synerg in Middletown, Virginia is looking for a Sr. Process Engineer to lead process engineering activities focused on automated manufacturing systems in the life sciences industry. This position requires expertise in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, and familiarity with design and installation of fill-finish lines.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, along with 4-7 years of relevant experience. The role entails significant project management responsibilities, with potential travel to client sites for project needs.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of engineering experience in automated manufacturing.
• Experience with high-speed fill-finish lines and filling/capping equipment.
• Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support process engineering activities for automated systems.
• Deliver line layouts and custom fixtures for existing equipment.
• Manage engineering projects ensuring collaboration and communication.
