Social Innovation Lab is seeking a senior Process Engineer who treats reliability as a feature, not an afterthought. This role offers a salary of $141,000–$203,000 and real ownership of the technology stack within a Santa Rosa team.

You will negotiate tradeoffs with product, review PRs, develop RESTful APIs powering our products, and mentor teammates in a collaborative, tinker-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Comfort owning technology decisions in a CA market.
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support senior teammates.
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities.
• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Angular tradeoffs with product when timelines collide.
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs powering core Social Innovation Lab products.
• Prototype rough communication ideas fast, then decide which earn a place in the stack.
• Build team leadership self-service tools to reduce tickets for CA teams.
