A plastics manufacturing organization in Los Angeles is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance production operations and lead process improvements. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in plastics manufacturing, including expertise in polymer compounding and film extrusion. Responsibilities include conducting trials, optimizing efficiency, and supporting production teams. The position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $85k to $110k annually, along with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) program.

• 7+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing, specifically polymer compounding or film extrusion.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing/production environment with direct floor involvement.
• Ability to create process procedures, reports, and validation protocols.
