Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
4 years of Engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sectors.
Experience supporting GMP-regulated manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of QA/QC, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls.
Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation.
Strong problem-solving and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and process-development support for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Support project-related process improvements, technology transfers, and packaging technologies.
Investigate deviations, rejects, yields, and equipment alarms using root-cause methodologies.
Assist in qualification/validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ and continued process verification.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and risk assessments.
Analyze process data and maintain on-the-floor technical support.
