Qualifications

• B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience in electronic manufacturing processes and equipment, leadership, and communication.
• Electronic manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in expanding, developing, deploying, and sustaining manufacturing processes.
• Mentor and coach other engineers and technicians.
• Assist management in developing and driving execution of operational and strategic objectives.
• Drive high quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes, operations, and tools.
• Manage or prepare documentation (experiments, qualifications, assembly materials).
• Model, teach, and apply SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Understand. Create. Simplify.
• Other duties as assigned.
