Prysmian is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to lead high-volume fiber and wire cable manufacturing process optimization on the production floor in Jackson, TN. You’ll drive data‑driven improvements, manage capital projects, and partner with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Maintenance to keep lines moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll analyze process capability, implement controls, and lead root-cause investigations to sustain product quality and cost performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing Process Engineer experience.
• 5+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a Master’s degree (Preferred).
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing processes to identify trends, variation, and out-of-control conditions.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality and process stability.
• Conduct process capability studies and establish process controls.
• Collect, analyze, and report production and quality data.
• Lead investigations into process drift and equipment performance issues.
