Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Engineering or Master's degree with 2+ years engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical or process-development support to manufacturing operations.
• Manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support packaging operations including labeling, carton ing, and line troubleshooting.
• Investigate rejects, defects, and deviations using root-cause analysis.
• Prepare technical protocols, study reports, risk assessments, and change controls.
