Job summary

ProQuality Network in Juncos, Puerto Rico, seeks a Senior Engineer to independently lead process characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting across operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital projects. You will design and implement major system modifications and present technical findings to stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical judgment, project leadership, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced engineering degrees or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects and teams.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, EMA and validated systems.
• Ability to develop and apply qualification and validation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead process characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting across multiple environments.
• Design and implement major system modifications and capital projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Develop, analyze, and present technical results and recommendations.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
