MDS Group seeks a motivated Process Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize fluid and gas handling systems. You will work across mechanical design, thermodynamics, and controls, collaborating with clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on problem solving. This role offers engagement with field applications and safety-driven project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, mechanical preferred.
• 3–5+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong thermodynamics and fluid mechanics foundation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support process designs for fluid and gas handling systems.
• Perform thermodynamics and fluid dynamics analyses.
• Review P&IDs, diagrams, drawings, and electrical docs.
• Evaluate valves, compressors, pumps, piping, and instrumentation.
• Support equipment specs and material selection.
• Assist with PLC-based control strategies and instrumentation.
• Participate in design reviews, commissioning, and startup.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Apply industry codes, safety standards throughout projects.
• Manage multiple projects with quality, schedule, and accuracy.
