Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes across the USCT portfolio of specialty chemical/materials companies. You will get on the factory floor to understand how products are made, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes for greater throughput, yield, and cost efficiency.

You will build business cases for equipment investments, work with operators and plant leadership, and help drive improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Real manufacturing experience inside manufacturing environments.
• Strong process engineering foundation in materials, chemical, or adjacent fields.
• Factory-floor instincts to observe, dissect, and improve processes.
• Experience in specialty chemicals, materials processing, or related industries is valuable.
• Ability to quantify costs and savings to justify investments.
• High EQ to work with plant operators and leadership.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes across USCT’s portfolio of specialty chemical/materials companies.
• Get onto the factory floor and understand how products are manufactured.
• Identify bottlenecks in throughput, yield, labor, quality, and equipment utilization.
• Redesign and optimize processes for efficiency, reliability, and scale.
• Evaluate new equipment, automation, and process technologies.
• Build ROI cases for technical investments and cost savings.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, and plant leadership to implement improvements.
