Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience in high‑volume manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Availability to work 2nd/night shift.
• Experience in using DOE, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering changes and new program launches.
• Develop work instructions to ensure manufacturing consistency.
• Monitor Quality KPI and develop action items.
