Qualifications
3+ years engineering experience in high‑volume manufacturing, preferably automotive.
Availability to work 2nd/night shift.
Experience in using DOE, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance.
Responsibilities
Coordinate engineering changes and new program launches.
Develop work instructions to ensure manufacturing consistency.
Monitor Quality KPI and develop action items.
Skills
Creative problem‑solving skills

Hands-on experience with production equipment
Proficiency in SPC software
Strong team orientation
Education
