Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Process Engineer to relentlessly improve safety, quality and efficiency in our PA plant's manufacturing processes. You will lead projects, analyze needs, review designs, test solutions and provide ongoing support for systems improvements.

The role requires hands-on collaboration, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in process improvement, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and documentation management. Travel and weekend work may be involved.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Process Engineer 1–4 years; Sr. Process Engineer 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality and efficiency improvements across manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate specification, procurement and installation of new equipment with suppliers.
• Drive OEE improvements through process control, training and scheduling.
• Validate equipment via IQ/OQ/PQ and ensure robust design and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain engineering docs, write work instructions, and manage changes.
