Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Process Engineer to improve safety, quality, and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, leading projects from needs analysis through design, validation, and ongoing support of systems solutions.

The role requires hands-on collaboration, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, Six Sigma, CAD (2D/3D), data analysis, and strong project management. Travel within US and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or closely related field required.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation for equipment and processes.
• Six Sigma methodology experience and process capability improvement.
• Knowledge of cGMP; familiarity with QSRs and ISO 13485 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the specification, procurement and installation of new equipment and upgrades with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Drive OEE improvements through process control, standard work, training, SPC, error-proofing and rapid changeovers.
• Ensure product quality by applying CA/PA, containment, investigation and corrective actions.
• Maintain engineering documentation, write/update work instructions and test procedures.
• Lead projects and report progress using sound engineering methods.
