This role is responsible for optimizing complex assembly sequences, including sub-assembly, automated torque applications, and high-speed packaging systems. By leveraging advanced data analytics and Six Sigma methodologies, the successful candidate will improve Assembly Yield and ensure zero-defect throughput.The Senior Engineer will apply deep technical expertise to manage and optimize vision systems, Poka-Yoke error-proofing, and End-of-Line (EOL) functional testers to guarantee the structural and mechanical integrity of every unit. This role acts as a bridge between design and production collaborating cross-functionally with Design Engineering to influence \"Design for Assembly\" (DFA), and working alongside Plant Operations to close process capability gaps.Key responsibilities include leading high-impact automation projects, managing complex problem-solving initiatives for chronic quality issues, and maintaining business KPIs through data-driven continuous improvement.
