Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 6+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Expertise in plastic injection molding, polymers and plastic assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T).
• Experience solving manufacturing/design technical issues.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move equipment.
• Ability to work with and assemble small objects and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Design Transfer: Support new product/process introductions with injection molding focus.
• Process & Quality Assurance: Define specs, run capability studies, generate inspection docs.
• Equipment & Component Selection: Evaluate components/equipment per specs and regs.
• Capital Acquisition: Lead from specification to installation and validation.
• Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analyses and validation testing.
• Documentation & Compliance: Create/approve GMP/compliance docs.
• Team Training: Train manufacturing staff on new processes
