About the Role

This role is responsible for driving process improvements and managing project engineering initiatives across manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will design, optimize, and implement efficient manufacturing processes within a chemical production environment.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze and improve workflows, space utilization, and equipment layout to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
2. Design and optimize production processes, including tooling and materials, in collaboration with vendors and operators.
3. Lead and support capital projects, from planning through execution and evaluation.
4. Develop and maintain process controls and logic systems.
5. Prepare detailed reports on product/process trends and conduct cost/time analyses.
6. Support preventative maintenance and ensure all safety and company policies are followed.
