The Senior Process Engineer position is the connective tissue between product development and manufacturing execution—responsible for enabling a consistent “design anywhere, build anywhere” philosophy across OmniOn Power’s manufacturing sites. The role drives a common global manufacturing approach through standardized equipment, aligned processes, and cross‑site collaboration, supporting products across the full lifecycle from New Technology Introduction (NTI) and New Product Introduction (NPI) through production, decline, and end‑of‑manufacturing stages. This is primarily an oversight, and strategic enablement role. While the engineer provides expert guidance and approval authority across key process domains, day‑to‑day execution ownership resides with Factory NPI Leaders and site‑based teams. The ideal candidate is someone who can set direction, elevate others, and lead through influence and accountability rather than direct control. This position reports to Director of Manufacturing Excellence and will be based in Plano, TX.
As part of the global operations team, ability to work flexible hours is necessary, including with countries in different time zones.
Performing any other reasonable duties as directed by management.
Occasional domestic and international travel as required.
