Job summary

Lumicity seeks a Senior Process Engineer in Oklahoma to lead commissioning, ramp-up, and optimization of a first-of-its-kind processing facility. This role offers the opportunity to shape a domestic critical minerals supply chain and drive technical ownership from commissioning through commercial operations.

Candidates should have 5–10+ years in process engineering in mining or related industries, with hands-on plant-floor experience in rotary kilns, thermal processing, and air pollution control

• Hands-on, plant-floor mindset in mining or minerals processing.
• Experience with commissioning, startup, ramp-up, and continuous improvement of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning and ramp-up of a first-of-its-kind processing facility.
• Own technical delivery from commissioning through commercial operations.
• Support optimization and scale-up of the plant to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of process engineering experience
• Experience with rotary kilns, thermal processing, and air pollution control systems (baghouses, scrubbers, thermal oxidizers)
• Proven success supporting commissioning, startup, ramp-up, and continuous improvement of industrial facilities
• Background in mining, critical minerals, cement, lime, metals, recycling, or similar process industries with a hands-on, plant-floor mindset
