Job summary

Mural Group is partnering with a global industrial manufacturer at their Millington, TN facility to place a senior, individual contributor Industrial Process Engineer. You will own process engineering across the site with broad technical ownership and executive visibility, focusing on continuous improvement and production-floor presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process engineering in a heavy industrial, chemical, or mineral processing environment.
• Individual contributor mindset; own technical work and drive results directly, not through a team.
• Hands-on involvement in capital project planning and support.
• Demonstrated CI program ownership with measurable results.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
• Degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or related) preferred.

Industrial Process Engineer | Millington, TN | Direct Hire

Mural Group is partnering with a global industrial manufacturer at their processing facility in Millington, Tennessee to place a Process Engineering Manager. This is a direct hire, individual contributor role with plant-wide scope reporting to the VP of Operations.

This is a senior individual contributor position with no direct reports. You will own process engineering across the site: continuous improvement programs, capital project support, process analysis and optimization, and daily presence on the production floor. If you are looking to manage a large team, this is not the right seat. If you are looking for broad technical ownership and executive-level visibility without the management overhead, this is worth a conversation.
