Qualifications

• Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies, particularly Kaizen and 5S.
• Strong background in machine design and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of engineering projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes and systems.
• Utilize Kaizen and 5S methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
• Design and implement new machinery and equipment to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all process improvement projects, including project plans, timelines, and results.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and other team members on best practices in process engineering and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in engineering and manufacturing technology and incorporate these advancements into our processes where appropriate.
