Requirements:

• A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Must have 15 years of experience in the cement manufacturing process.
• Must have experience with long dry, preheater and pre-calciner technology kilns, experience in running plants from control room, a solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, chemistry, physics, and mathematics, and a solid understanding of cement quality, quality control, and required process changes to raw mix quality variations.

What you will do:

Cement manufacturing company has a position opening for Senior Process Engineer in its Pueblo, Colorado plant. The Senior Process Engineer will supervise the Process Department at all stages of all cement manufacturing plants in the company and will maintain and improve the efficiency for raw grinding systems, pyro systems (kilns, clinker coolers and coal mills), and cement grinding systems through equipment inspections, process audits, and monitoring of specific process parameters.
