**Who We Are Looking For:**
We seek a Senior Process Engineer to optimize processes for extracting metals from under-utilized streams and champion sustainability initiatives. You will lead and collaborate with engineers and scientists to model, test, and implement novel extraction methods that maximize efficiency and environmental responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead development and commercialization of rare earth separation processes.
  • Optimize process efficiency through modeling and refinement.
  • Design and implement process flow diagrams and P&IDs.
  • Conduct laboratory testing to identify optimal conditions.
  • Develop pilot plant designs for scalability assessment.
  • Collaborate on equipment selection and procurement.
  • Manage project timelines for process development milestones.
  • Provide technical leadership across teams.
  • Research breakthrough technologies and industry trends.
  • Champion sustainable practices and recycling initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in relevant engineering fields.
  • 5+ years in extractive metallurgy, materials testing, or pilot plant operations, especially in rare earth metals or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of chemical and physical principles in metal processing.
  • Experience with process modeling software (e.g., SysCAD) and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB).
  • Proven experience in laboratory and pilot experiments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
