Job summary

QRC Group in Juncos, Puerto Rico is seeking a Process Development Sr. Scientist to drive scientific and technical activities within a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring quality and compliance from development through scale-up.

You will contribute to process development and improvement, lead validation activities, prepare and maintain technical documentation, and collaborate across teams to support regulatory submissions and continuous improvement objectives.

Qualifications

• Education in Engineering or Microbiology.
• PhD/PharmD/MD; or Master’s with 3+ years of scientific experience; or Bachelor’s with 5+ years of scientific experience.
• Validation experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience working on technical documentation.
