Job summary

LifeLens Technologies, Inc. in Ivyland, PA, is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to lead the development, validation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for our next-generation wearable health care devices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and delivering scalable production methods. You will own IQ/OQ/PQ qualification activities, lead DOE studies and risk analyses, implement best practices, and support daily manufacturing with continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred in polymer science, chemistry, or chemical engineering.
• Experience in ISO9001 and/or ISO13485 manufacturing.
• Medical device manufacturing experience required.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and technicians.
• Knowledge of roll-to-roll manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols and reports.
• Lead process risk analysis and sampling plans.
• Establish stable, capable manufacturing processes.
• Implement process development discipline and best practices.
• Explore novel processes as designs evolve.
• Support daily manufacturing through process engineering and continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct DOE studies and document results.
• Ensure safety protocols for equipment.
• Collaborate with Quality and R&D on process development.
• Coordinate process improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
