Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking a senior PAM architect to establish strategy, architecture, and drive the execution of privileged access management technologies. You will define access control, entitlements, and policy management, translating requirements into detailed designs and leading sessions.

The role requires designing a PAM foundation focused on least privilege, collaborating across functions to improve IAM, and developing operations and maintenance documentation for ongoing support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum – High School or Equivalent
  • Preferred – 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Related
  • Minimum – 6 Years Privileged Access Management (PAM) or related

Responsibilities

  • Establish strategy, architecture, design and drive the execution of PAM technologies.
  • Identify the tools and techniques to translate needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions.
  • Develop and execute overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables. Define access control, user entitlements, and user access policy management.
  • Translate requirements into detailed technical designs and lead design sessions.
  • Build and design a PAM foundation to enforce the least privilege in a transparent way and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Develop documentation to support ongoing PAM solution operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution.
  • Apply expertise in the installation and configuration of the PAM platform, including conducting routine solution maintenance, monitoring the health of the platform, and conducting monitoring.
  • Identify and resolve challenges and issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, business, and technical goals.
  • Establish session isolation and controls for privileged identities including Privileged Access Workstations.

Education

High School or Equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related

Compensation & Benefits

Typical hiring range: $106,500.00 to $182,600.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
